At Premier Darts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your equipment. If your new darts or accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Ensure your items are in their original, unused condition and include all original packaging, such as flights, shafts, and cases.
Request a Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Gear
Securely pack the items to prevent damage during transit and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Ship and Track
Send your package using a tracked shipping service to our warehouse; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
